Before Ordering.
Because these enclosures are built to order, and also due to the array of custom options that are available, it is highly recommended that you contact us to discuss your requirements. We can recommend an enclosure suitable for your playing environment, if you aren’t certain which would fit your needs best, and we can give you a quotation and an approximate delivery date, based on our current workload.
Placing An Order
Again, as these enclosures are built to order, and due to the many individual touches that we provide, we require a 50% deposit upfront in order to progress your order. The balance will be due when the cabinet is completed and ready for delivery.
Progress Reports
During the build phase, if you require it, we will be happy to send photographs of work completed to date so you can view progress and be reassured that your enclosure is meeting your specifications.
Warranty
All our enclosures come with a 1 year limited warranty.
